CreatorLabs.AI — Content Standards, Complaints, and Content Removal Policy

Scope and Purpose

This policy explains what content is not allowed in connection with the CreatorLabs service, how anyone can report content they believe is illegal or violates these standards, how we review and resolve those reports, how a decision can be appealed, and how an unresolved appeal is referred to a neutral third party at our expense.

It applies to all content processed, generated, scheduled, or sent through the Service, including content imported from a Connected Account and content produced by our AI features. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Anyone may use this policy. You do not need a CreatorLabs account to make a report, and you do not need to be the person who created or uploaded the content.

1. Prohibited Content

The following are not permitted anywhere on or through the Service. This list is not exhaustive.

  • Content involving minors. Any sexual or suggestive depiction of a person under 18, real or synthetic, and any content that sexualizes a minor. Everyone depicted in adult content must be an adult and must have verifiable consent on record.
  • Non-consensual content. Intimate images or recordings shared without the informed, documented consent of every person depicted, including content obtained by deception, coercion, hacking, or the recording of someone without their knowledge.
  • Content connected to human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or forced labor. See Human Trafficking below.
  • Impersonation and synthetic likeness abuse. See Synthetic Media and Deepfakes below.
  • Content depicting real violence, self harm, bestiality, incest, or the sexualization of rape or coercion.
  • Infringing content. Material posted without the rights required to post it, including copyright and trademark infringement.
  • Illegal goods and services, including the sale of controlled substances, weapons, or stolen credentials.
  • Harassment, threats, doxxing, and hate speech directed at a person or group.

2. Synthetic Media and Deepfakes

CreatorLabs uses generative AI. We hold AI generated and AI altered media to the same standards as anything else, and to the additional rules in this section.

  • No synthetic sexual content of a real person without their documented consent. Creating, uploading, generating, or distributing sexual or intimate imagery that depicts a real, identifiable person who has not given specific written consent for that content is prohibited. This applies whether the likeness was produced by a face swap, a trained model, a voice clone, or any other method.
  • No sexual synthetic content of minors, in any form, including stylized, animated, or age ambiguous depictions. This is prohibited absolutely and no consent can authorize it.
  • No impersonation. You may not use the Service to present yourself as another real person, to imitate another creator, or to generate a likeness, voice, or persona that a reasonable fan would take for someone other than the account holder.
  • Consent is specific and revocable. Consent to appear in one piece of content is not consent to be used as the basis for synthetic content. A person depicted may withdraw consent at any time, and we will treat that as a removal request under this policy.
  • Disclosure. Creators are responsible for disclosing AI generated content where the law or the platform they publish on requires it.

Reports of synthetic media abuse are treated as high priority. Where content plausibly depicts a real person in sexual synthetic media without consent, we remove or restrict access to it while the report is being reviewed rather than after.

3. Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation

CreatorLabs does not condone, facilitate, or tolerate human sex trafficking, forced labor, or the sexual exploitation of any person. We do not permit the Service to be used to advertise, arrange, promote, or profit from trafficking in any form.

Every creator using the Service operates their own account and is required to be an adult acting for themselves. Any indication that an account is being operated under coercion, that a person depicted is being controlled by a third party, or that a person depicted did not freely consent is grounds for immediate suspension.

Where we identify or receive a credible report of suspected human trafficking or the sexual exploitation of a minor, we will preserve the relevant records, suspend the account, and report it to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement in the relevant jurisdiction. We cooperate with lawful requests from those authorities.

To report suspected trafficking, email [email protected] with the subject line URGENT: Trafficking Report. In the United States you can also contact the National Human Trafficking Hotline on 1-888-373-7888 at any time. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

4. How to Report Content

Email [email protected] with the subject line Content Complaint. Where possible, include:

  • A link to, or a clear description of, the content.
  • What is wrong with it, and which part of this policy or which law you believe it breaches.
  • Whether you are a person depicted in the content, someone acting on their behalf, or a third party.
  • A way to reach you for follow up.

You do not need to identify yourself publicly. We do not disclose a reporter's identity to the creator unless we are legally required to, and we do not require an account to make a report.

If you are depicted in the content. Any person who appears in content on the Service may request its removal, whether or not they hold an account, and regardless of who uploaded it. A removal request from a person depicted is honored where consent was never given, cannot be evidenced, has been withdrawn, or is not legally valid. Mark these emails Removal Request: Person Depicted and they are routed to the front of the queue.

5. How We Review and Resolve Complaints

Acknowledgment. We acknowledge every complaint in writing within one business day of receiving it, with a reference number.

Resolution within five business days. We review and resolve every complaint within five business days of receipt. If a report is unusually complex and we need longer, we tell you before the five days are up, explain why, and give you a date.

Immediate action for the most serious reports. Content reported as depicting a minor, as non-consensual intimate imagery, as sexual synthetic media of a real person, or as connected to trafficking is restricted or removed as soon as the report is received, before the review concludes.

What the review involves. A trained member of our team, not an automated system, reviews the content against this policy, our Terms of Use, and applicable law. We look at the content itself and at the consent and rights documentation held for it. Where the complaint concerns consent, the burden is on the creator to evidence it. We may contact the creator, the reporter, or both. Automated tooling may flag content for review, but no complaint is closed on an automated decision alone.

Possible outcomes. Each complaint ends in one of the following, and we tell both the reporter and the affected creator which one, with the reason:

  • No action. The content does not breach this policy or the law.
  • Edit or restriction. The content is age gated, geo restricted, or must be amended before it can stay up.
  • Removal. The content is taken down and, where we control distribution, recalled from fans who received it.
  • Account action. A warning, a suspension of AI features, a suspension of the account, or permanent termination, depending on severity and history.
  • Referral. Where the law requires it, a report to law enforcement or the relevant authority, in addition to any of the above.

6. Appeals

Either side of a complaint may appeal the outcome. That means the creator whose content was actioned and the person who reported it, including a person depicted in the content.

How to appeal. Reply to the decision email, or write to [email protected] with the reference number and the subject line Appeal, within 30 days of the decision. Tell us what you think we got wrong and add anything new we should see.

How an appeal is handled. An appeal is reviewed by someone who was not involved in the original decision. We acknowledge it within one business day and decide within five business days. The outcome is given in writing with reasons.

While an appeal is open. Content removed for suspected child sexual abuse material, trafficking, or non-consensual intimate imagery stays down while the appeal runs. In every other case we will restore access where doing so does not create legal risk.

7. Independent Review by a Neutral Body

Our appeal decision is not the final word.

If you disagree with the outcome of an appeal about content removal, you may refer the matter to an independent, neutral third party for review. We do not treat our own decisions as final and binding on you, and nothing in this policy or our Terms of Use requires you to accept an internal decision as the end of the matter.

  • How to ask for it. Write to [email protected] with the subject line Independent Review and your reference number, within 30 days of the appeal outcome.
  • Who reviews it. An independent reviewer or mediator with no commercial relationship to us, appointed through a recognized alternative dispute resolution provider. Where you and we cannot agree on the reviewer, the provider appoints one.
  • Who pays. We do. The cost of the neutral review is borne by CreatorLabs, not by you. You remain responsible only for your own costs, such as your own legal advice if you choose to take any.
  • What it covers. The reviewer considers whether the content decision was correct under this policy, our Terms of Use, and applicable law, and issues a written determination. We implement a determination in your favor promptly.
  • Your other rights are untouched. Using this process is optional and does not waive any right you have to go to a court or regulator, or to use the dispute resolution provisions of our Terms of Use.

8. Records and Transparency

We keep a record of every complaint, the evidence considered, the decision, and any appeal, for as long as the law requires and no less than two years. Where we are legally obliged to preserve material for an investigation, we do so in a secure, access controlled store and disclose it only to the relevant authority.

Consent and age documentation for content processed through the Service is retained by the creator or their agency and must be produced to us on request. Failure to produce it when a complaint turns on consent results in removal of the content.
