CreatorLabs Setup: From Sign Up to Going Live
Six steps stand between creating your account and your AI sending its first message. Here is what each one asks for and how long it takes.
CreatorLabs setup takes about ten minutes of your time: account, agreement, connecting your platform, payment, AI config, activation. The platform connection is the slow part at 5 to 10 minutes. After you finish, your AI does not switch on instantly. It syncs your platform history first, then goes live in the next daily batch, and you get an email when it is ready.
Signing up is quick. Going live takes a little longer, because real syncing happens behind the scenes. This CreatorLabs setup walk through tells you what to expect at each step, so nothing feels stuck when it is actually just working.
What are the six setup steps?
Every creator goes through the same six. Only step 3 takes real waiting.

Account
Open the invite link, confirm your email, set a password. This step only creates your login.
Agreement
A short review of the terms. It covers what the service includes, your commission rate, that it is month to month, and that billing runs weekly. Tick the box once you have read it.
Connect your platform
Enter your platform email and password. A Secure Connection notice explains what happens to them. Your credentials go directly to your platform to establish the connection. CreatorLabs never stores or displays them.
5 to 10 minutesPayment
You do not need to add a card to get started. Billing only starts once your AI is earning, and we ask for payment details before that happens.
AI Config
A first pass at personalizing your AI: nickname, timezone, primary language, and a starting personality preset. Nothing here is final. You can change every one of these later from the AI Config tab.
Activation
A confirmation screen checks that your platform is connected and the agreement is accepted, then starts syncing your platform data in the background.
You can close the page here. You get an email the moment everything is ready.
What happens when you connect your platform?
This is the only step where something can go wrong, so it is worth knowing in advance.
- It usually takes 5 to 10 minutes. It is not instant, because the connection has to be established properly.
- If you use two factor authentication, you are asked for a verification code partway through. Keep your phone nearby.
- Face ID and biometric login are not supported yet. If that is how you normally sign in to your platform, use your email and password here instead.
If the connection fails outright, retry once. If it still does not go through, send support the exact error message you see. That is the fastest way for us to help.
Do you need a card to start?
No. Step 4 asks for nothing. You can complete the whole setup, connect your page, and let your AI start working without entering payment details.
We ask for a card before your AI earns anything on your behalf, not before. Your commission rate is shown in the agreement at step 2, so you see the numbers before you connect anything.
Why is there a wait after activation?
Your AI does not switch on the second setup finishes. It reads your platform history first, so it knows who your fans are and what they have already bought. Then it activates in the next daily batch.
That gap is expected, not a bug. The email tells you when it is over.
Use the time to fill in your Creator Context and upload one shoot. Your AI has something to work with on day one instead of day three.

FAQ
How long does CreatorLabs setup take?
About ten minutes of your own time, including the platform connection. Your AI then goes live in the next daily batch after syncing finishes.
Does CreatorLabs store my platform password?
No. Your credentials go directly to your platform to establish the connection. They are never stored or displayed in CreatorLabs.
Can I sign in with Face ID during setup?
Not yet. Biometric login is not supported at the connection step. Use your platform email and password instead.
Do I have to add a card before going live?
No. Payment details are requested later, before your AI earns on your behalf. Setup and activation need no card.
Can I change my preset after activation?
Yes. Persona, rating, timezone and language can all be changed from the AI Config tab at any time. Remember to save the change.
