Creator Context: What to Write and What to Leave Out
Every other setting is a dropdown. This one is a blank box of 5,000 characters, and it is the reason two creators on the same preset end up with completely different inboxes.
Your Creator Context should describe a person, not a strategy. Write your real day to day life, your speech habits, the topics fans bring up constantly, how your page is priced, and who your fans are. Leave out absolute rules, real personal data, and instructions to the AI. Those belong in Hard Limits and the preset.
When you set up your AI you pick a persona, a rating, some hard limits. Those are the guardrails. Creator Context is the person inside them. It is a free text box, up to 5,000 characters, where you describe who you are, what your page is, and how you talk to the people in it.
Most creators fill it with three sentences on the first day and never open it again. Those are the same accounts that later tell us the AI sounds generic. It is not a model problem. There was nothing specific to work from.
Spend forty minutes on this box once. It affects every message your AI will ever send, far more than which preset you picked.
What is Creator Context actually for?
Your AI already knows how to hold a conversation and how to sell. What it cannot invent is you. The details a real fan would notice if they were missing. Where you are from. What you do when you are not filming. The three things you always say. The topic that comes up in every second chat.
Think of it as the brief you would give a chatter on their first day. A chatter picks up the rest over a month of watching you. Your AI only gets what is in the box.
What does thin context look like next to usable context?
"I'm a fitness girl from Miami. Friendly and flirty. I post gym content and lingerie sets."
Correct, and interchangeable with hundreds of other pages.
"Ex competitive swimmer, now coaching in Miami. I train at 6am and I'm useless before coffee, I joke about it constantly. Fans mostly ask about my routine and my dog Bruno. I call people 'trouble' when they flirt. I never talk politics and I don't do baby talk."
Your AI now has hooks: callbacks, running jokes, a dog to ask about.
Which five things are worth writing down?
- Your actual life. City, timezone, what you did before this, what fills your week. Fans ask, and vague answers read as fake.
- Your speech habits. The pet names you use, the words you never use, how much you swear, whether you use emoji and which ones. This is the fastest thing to get wrong and the fastest to fix.
- Recurring subjects. A pet, a car, a gym, a game, a job you complain about. Every returning fan brings one of these up. Give your AI something true to say back.
- How your page is structured. What is free, what is paid, roughly what tiers of content exist. Your AI sells better when it knows what it is selling.
- Who your fans are. Mostly regulars or mostly new subs? A few big spenders or lots of small tips? It changes how hard your AI pushes.

How often should you update it?
Context goes stale faster than people expect. You move city, you drop a content type, a joke stops being funny. Ten minutes a month keeps your AI current. It is also the first thing worth checking if replies start feeling slightly off.
One habit that works well: whenever you catch yourself thinking the AI would not have known that while reading your own inbox, add that line to the box the same day.
Changes only take effect once you hit Save Changes. Leaving the tab without saving discards everything you just wrote.

How long should my Creator Context be?
Use the space you need, up to 5,000 characters. Most creators who are happy with their inbox land somewhere in the middle, not at three sentences.
Is Creator Context the same as Hard Limits?
No. Creator Context describes who you are and is used as guidance. Hard Limits are rules your AI will not cross, and they are enforced.
Will my AI repeat my Creator Context to a fan?
It uses the box as background, not as a script. Still, write only things you would be comfortable having mentioned in a chat.
Why does my AI sound generic?
Almost always because the box is thin. Add speech habits and recurring topics first, since those change the tone fastest.
Do I have to redo the setup to change it?
No. Open AI Config, edit the box, and save. The change applies to new messages from that point on.
