AI Mass Message: How to Set Frequency and Price
Bulk paid messages to your whole fan list, priced inside a range you choose, sent on a schedule you set.
Pick a max frequency of 1 or 2 mass messages a week, and a price band of $5 to $15, $10 to $30, or $25 to $50. Your AI chooses the content and the exact price inside that band. Sends are always at least 48 hours apart, content comes from your paid media only, and the same item is not blasted again for 14 days.
Mass messages are where a lot of creators make most of their money. They are also the first thing skipped in a busy week. AI Mass Message takes it off your list. Your AI picks a piece of paid content, writes the message, prices it inside your range, and sends it to your fan list.
What are the three levels?
You change the level from the AI Actions list. It takes effect immediately and does not touch anything already waiting in your review queue.
Off
Your AI will not send mass messages at all.
Ask me first
Your AI prepares each one as a draft. Nothing sends until you approve it.
Auto
Your AI sends paid mass messages on its own, inside your price range.
How often, and at what price?
Max frequency sets how many blasts a week your list can receive.
Even at 2 a week, two sends are always at least 48 hours apart. Twice a week never turns into two days back to back.
Price range sets the band your AI prices inside.

These are starting points to test, not measured averages. Watch two or three sends, then move the band up or down.
What does it send?
- Content comes from your paid media, never your free posts.
- The same item is not blasted again for 14 days.
- The message goes to your whole fan list.
- Copy follows your persona and your hard limits, and always includes a reason to unlock.
What happens on "Ask me first"?
Drafts arrive 12 to 24 hours before the planned send time. Each one shows exactly what would go out: the content, the copy, the price, the audience size and the scheduled slot. You can approve, edit or decline.
One rule worth knowing. If a draft is still unanswered 24 hours after its planned send time, it is skipped and never sent late. That shows up in your Activity Log too.
What if your paid media runs low?
When there is not enough content outside the 14 day cooldown, we ask you to add more in the Media tab instead of resending something your fans just bought. The skipped send is recorded in your Activity Log.
The fastest fix is usually importing from your Vault, since the content already exists.
FAQ
How often can AI Mass Message send?
Once or twice a week, whichever you set. Two sends are always at least 48 hours apart.
Who decides the exact price?
Your AI picks a price inside the band you chose. It cannot go outside that band, or below your floor prices.
Will the same content be sent twice?
Not within 14 days. After that cooldown an item can be used again if it is still the best fit.
What happens if I ignore a draft?
It is skipped 24 hours after its planned send time, never sent late. The skip is recorded in your Activity Log.
Can mass messages use my free posts?
No. They only use paid media. Free items are used for feed posts and as teasers.
